Full-Time |1st & 2nd Shift Openings We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality checks, and ensuring products are manufactured according to established specifications. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, and committed to safety, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain proper production. Load raw materials and components into machines according to production requirements. Monitor equipment during operation and identify unusual sounds, malfunctions, or production issues. Perform routine quality inspections and measurements to ensure products meet specifications. Make minor machine adjustments or notify maintenance personnel when repairs are required. Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate production, quality, and machine-operation records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Assist with changeovers, machine cleaning, and routine preventative maintenance activities. Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, and quality problems to supervisors or maintenance teams. Meet established production, quality, and safety goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues. Ability to use basic measuring tools and production equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently while following established procedures. Previous experience with manufacturing machinery or automated equipment is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday. Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to lift and move materials up to [XX] pounds. Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
