Holbrook, MA Overview We are hiring Machine Operators to support the production of flexible packaging materials. This role involves operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality checks, packaging finished products, and helping meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Operate GN machines, rolling mills, and cutting equipment
• Load materials and monitor production runs
• Perform quality inspections on products and packaging
• Weigh, label, package, and box finished goods
• Complete production paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and production standards Requirements
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating production equipment preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Fast-paced industrial setting with moderate machine noise, repetitive tasks, standing for most of the shift, and regular lifting and packaging activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holbrook, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
