Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our food production team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring production goals are met while following food safety and safety standards. This is a generalized version of the job description you shared. Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment as needed during production. Perform routine quality checks to ensure product specifications are met. Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment following company procedures. Disassemble and reassemble machinery for cleaning and maintenance. Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors. Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Working Conditions Cold production environment (approximately 40°F). Standing for extended periods. Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
