Pay:

$19 per hour

Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment (e.g., CNC routers, saws, edge banders, profile machines, automated cutting systems) and use correct lifting techniques for loading/unloading materials. Interpret work orders and technical drawings to set up machines, adjust tooling and programs, and ensure accurate, efficient fabrication. Continuously monitor equipment for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards. Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, finish quality, and adherence to specifications; promptly report issues to prevent waste and delays. Collaborate with fabrication staff and other departments to optimize workflow and support production targets.

Qualifications:

Experience in cabinet manufacturing, millwork, or countertop fabrication. Familiarity with quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate, or engineered materials. Forklift or material-handling equipment experience.
