Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Fasten parts together manually or using hand tools, portable power tools, and related equipment Identify completed components by preparing and affixing labels according to specifications Assist in preparing shipments by placing components in bags and sealing them Ensure quality by examining connections for proper fit and measuring completed components Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions to meet specifications and notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources Support quality, cost reduction, and productivity improvements by accurately tracking job time through barcoding or other systems Education & Technical Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred 5 years manual and machine assembly experience in connector cable industry Experience in reading blueprints and drawings is essential Strong math skills, particularly in fractions Soldering experience Connector and coaxial cable assembly experience a plus Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.Total Rewards & Compensation Base Salary:
