Job Description

A growing manufacturing company in Sutton, MA is looking to bring on an experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC setup and operating experience who is comfortable working in a clean room environment and producing precision die cut products for medical device companies.
Shift:
Monday
  • Thursday, 6:15am
  • 3:30pm; Friday, 7:00am
  • 12:00pm
Pay:
$22.00
  • $25.
00/hour depending on experience
Location:
Sutton, MA Job Duties:
  • Manually set up and operate various CNC machines and related equipment
  • Read job sheets and interpret machinery setup requirements
  • Perform complex cutting, assembly, and other skilled manufacturing duties
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts and ensure they meet customer specifications
  • Work closely with supervisors to maintain high quality products and efficient setup procedures
  • Communicate with quoting and customer service teams regarding process inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide input on upcoming projects based on CNC machinery knowledge and capabilities
  • Work in a white room / clean room manufacturing environment
  • Follow precise work instructions and maintain a high level of attention to detail when producing die cut products for medical device companies
  • Follow all company safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience setting up and operating CNC machines and related equipment
  • Prior experience programming and troubleshooting CNC machines
  • Proficiency using precision measuring devices
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience with AutoCAD and lean manufacturing preferred
  • Stable and committed work history
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Results-driven and solution-focused approach
  • Strong customer focus and ability to contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed

Pay Details:
