Candidates with previous machine operating, manufacturing, or QC inspection experience are encouraged to apply . We are willing to train the right candidates on our specific equipment and processes. 1st 2nd and weekend shifts available. We are an electronics manufacturer seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production and quality teams. We have opportunities for candidates with experience in machine operation, SMT/PCB assembly, quality inspection, AOI/5DX, or general manufacturing . Whether you have direct electronics experience or a strong background operating manufacturing equipment or performing quality inspections, we are willing to provide training to qualified candidates. Positions & Responsibilities Depending on your experience and qualifications, responsibilities may include: Set up, operate, and tear down SMT and other manufacturing equipment. Perform basic machine adjustments and maintenance following established procedures. Operate surface mount and pick-and-place equipment. Inspect PCBs, electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products for quality and compliance. Perform visual, mechanical, and functional inspections. Operate or learn to operate AOI, 5DX, and other inspection equipment . Perform process, production, and post-packaging audits. Identify, document, and process non-conforming material through MRB procedures. Perform failure verification and support quality investigations. Maintain accurate inspection, production, and quality records. Follow IPC, ANSI, ISO, ESD, and company-specific quality requirements. Read and follow written procedures, work instructions, verbal instructions, and visual aids. Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams in a lean manufacturing environment. Perform testing and other production or quality duties as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience. Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, QC inspection, electronics, or PCB assembly is preferred. Experience with SMT or pick-and-place equipment is a plus. Universal Fuzion experience is a plus. Experience with AOI or 5DX is a plus. Knowledge of IPC and ANSI standards is preferred. Knowledge of component identification and nomenclature is helpful. Experience with ESD requirements and electronic component handling is a plus. SPC experience is a plus. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow procedures and work instructions accurately. Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team. We Will Train! Don't have direct experience with our specific equipment?
