Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 11:00PM Pay:

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join a growing advanced manufacturing team in Longmont, CO. In this role, you'll operate specialized production equipment, work with precision components, and help manufacture critical products used in cutting-edge industries. Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment. Perform precision welding and assembly processes on stainless steel tubing and components. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques. Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. Assist with light electrical assembly and troubleshooting as needed. Maintain accurate production documentation and records. Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes. Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cleanroom, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or high-purity manufacturing environments. TIG welding, fabrication, or precision assembly experience. Electrical assembly or troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
