Job Description

Machine Operator Job Summary We are looking for a Machine Operator to help with basic metal fabrication and production work. In this role, you will set up and operate machines and hand tools used to cut, drill, slot, and deburr aluminum parts. 1st
Shift:
Focuses on deburring and basic machine operation. 2nd
Shift:
Requires more experience with CNC machines. Responsibilities Set up and operate machines and tools to work with aluminum parts. Use tools such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears. Read work orders and follow instructions. Accurately clock in and out of jobs using the company tracking system. Assist with general production and assembly work as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety equipment. Maintain good attendance and reliability. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to use hand tools and measuring tools. Experience with deburring, cutting, and finishing metal parts. Familiarity with milling machines or CNC machines is a plus. Machine shop experience preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
