What You'll Do Operate production machinery safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals Load and unload materials while monitoring machine performance and quality Use hand tools, power tools, wrenches, and measuring devices to complete manufacturing tasks Inspect products for quality and ensure specifications are met Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production standards Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns Support multiple production areas through cross-training opportunities Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment What We're Looking For At least 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working in a fast-paced production setting Ability to use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic English reading and communication skills Schedule 2nd Shift 🕑 2:00 PM
