We are seeking a Fiber Laser Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience operating CNC laser equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality and safety. Responsibilities Operate CNC fiber laser equipment to manufacture sheet metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, engineering drawings, and schematics. Load materials, perform machine setups, and monitor production runs. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures. Identify and report quality concerns or nonconforming parts. Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience operating CNC fiber laser equipment or similar metal fabrication machinery. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to perform machine setup, inspections, and basic troubleshooting. Forklift experience, sheet metal fabrication experience, and Lean/5S knowledge are a plus.
