We are seeking a motivated 1st Shift Electrical Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with electrical wiring or panel assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work and working with electrical components. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and control panels Install wiring, breakers, busbars, and related electrical parts Use hand tools and power tools to build and modify assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform basic electrical testing using multimeters and visual inspections Follow all safety, quality, and work instruction standards Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of electrical wiring or panel assembly experience preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Basic electrical knowledge through school, training, or hands-on experience Experience using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record High School Diploma or GED required
