Required Education:

• High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills and Experience:

• 0-1 year of warehouse experience or related experience/training
• Basic knowledge of material handling, logistics, or manufacturing processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses, training, and certifications
• Effective communication skills with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend English documents
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
• Ability to follow SOPs, scientific methods, and quality guidelines
• Ability to work under general to limited supervision
• Ability to safely lift and/or move over 50 lbs
• Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and in varying environmental conditions

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and powered trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products
• Move materials throughout the plant, warehouse, or other designated areas
• Perform routine material handling and warehouse tasks according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records as required
• Follow SOPs, scientific methods, and quality guidelines
• Apply proper material handling and logistics procedures
• Obtain and maintain required equipment certifications and training
• Perform tasks accurately in a metrics-driven environment
• Follow safety procedures when working around moving mechanical equipment
• Perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting
• Work in environments that may include moderate to loud noise, vibration, extreme temperatures, fumes, and airborne particles
• Work safely in areas with elevated or precarious locations as required
