Job Description
The Job:
The Bulker is responsible for preparing bulk cannabis products for sale, ensuring accurate weighing, packaging, and labeling in compliance with state regulations. This role is essential for maintaining product quality and inventory accuracy. The Bulker reports to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh and package bulk cannabis products according to established protocols and state regulations. Label products in compliance with MMCC and COMAR standards, ensuring all necessary information is included. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the processing area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Assist in tracking inventory levels of bulk products and report any shortages or discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols during handling and processing to ensure personal and product safety. Assist in the training of new staff on bulk preparation processes as needed.Specific Skills:

The role requires a combination of sitting (approximately 40%) and standing (approximately 60%) for extended periods, along with some bending, stooping, stretching, and the ability to lift heavy items. Candidates must possess good eye-hand coordination and proficient manual dexterity for operating office equipment and handling inventory.
