1st Shift | 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM (9/80 Schedule, off every other Friday)

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Stack Assembly Operator to join a manufacturing production team. This position is responsible for processing, preparing, and assembling components used in the production process while maintaining strict quality, safety, and documentation standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble products according to work instructions, specifications, and engineering drawings. Receive materials and components from the logistics department. Prepare, sort, organize, and dry materials and parts for production. Accurately document production activities and product information. Stack products according to established procedures and quality requirements. Operate high-temperature vacuum ovens and industrial degreasers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Adhere to all quality standards and safety guidelines. Communicate process issues or product concerns to supervisors, leads, or engineers. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written instructions and assembly procedures. Ability to count, sort, and handle delicate components. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new skills and production processes. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following strict safety standards. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, masks, gloves, lab coats, grounding/ESD equipment, and safety shoes when required.
