Auburn, ME Pay:
$18.00 - $21.82 per hour (based on experience and shift)
Shifts :
Monday-Friday:
1st shift: 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Monday- Friday Are you looking for a hands-on role with strong earning potential and room to grow? Adecco is partnering with a well-known manufacturing company in Auburn, Maine, and we're seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Machine Operators . This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently: Interpret work instructions and specifications to complete production tasks Operate and monitor machinery Assemble and position materials using fixtures, chucks, vises, or automated systems Inspect and measure finished parts using tools like pin gauges and thread gauges Lift materials up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Manufacturing Machine Operation Experience preferred but not required Basic math and shop math skills Experience using measuring tools and inspection instruments Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, safety procedures, and written instructions in English Why You'll Love This Job Competitive pay with shift differentials available Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities Hands-on training and skill development Team-oriented environment where your work makes an impact Strong focus on safety and employee success Apply Today! Pay Details:
