Responsibilities:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Desired Background/Skills:

Operate twisting, winding, braiding, and finishing machines safely and efficiently Follow all company safety procedures and policies Monitor machine performance and production output Identify equipment or product issues and report them immediately Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records Package, label, and sort finished products as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently while meeting daily production goals
