We are seeking Gauger- Sidematcher Operator (SECOND SHIFT) to work in our Mill. The Gauger - Sidematcher Operator is responsible for the proper setup, operation and maintenance of the flooring matcher, maximize throughput while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Follow the instructions of Flooring Mill Manager. 2. Rotate to other jobs, as required. 3. Ability to maintain a satisfactory productivity level. 4. Follow safe practices in job performance. 5. Follow the 5S program to ensure areas are organized and cleaned. 6. Understand and support the
