$15.91/hour + $1.00 shift premium
Hours:
Monday-Thursday | 4:20 PM - 2:50 AM | 4-day work week Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join our second shift team. In this role, you will operate machinery to produce and assemble parts according to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Ensure parts meet all specifications and manufacturing plans Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company policies and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Support continuous improvement initiatives Assist in maintaining

standards What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and understand work instructions Basic math skills (for measurements and data tracking/SPC) Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing floor environment Prolonged standing required
