Job Summary MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Assembly Operator at our Farmington Hills, Michigan manufacturing facility. This full-time, hourly role operates assigned mechanical equipment and supports quality production across available 1st and 2nd shift openings.

PM Pay:
$17.50/hour
Other Compensation:
$1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd

Compensation:

Shift Differential:
+$1.00/hour for 2nd Shift Key Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Operate assigned mechanical equipment Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments Read and interpret blue prints if applicable Use basic measuring instruments Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Skills/Competencies Ability to interpret work instructions Ability to follow written and verbal directions Basic verbal and written communication skills Basic mathematical skills Qualifications (Required):
Education:
High School Diploma Experience:
Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience. Qualifications (Preferred): Perform work under general supervision Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an on-site manufacturing position involving the operation of mechanical equipment and use of basic measuring instruments.
