AM Pay:
$22.00/hour
Other Compensation:
$1.25/hour shift premium for 3rd shift What You'll Do as a Cold Forming Operator Trainee Run assigned mechanical equipment Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements Perform moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments Read and interpret blue prints if applicable Use moderately advanced measuring instruments Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.) Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Skills/Competencies Ability to interpret work instructions Ability to follow written and verbal directions Basic verbal and written communication skills Basic mathematical skills Qualifications (Required)
Education:
High School Diploma Experience:
