Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of operating sewing machines. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing operations. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols within the warehouse environment. Assist in training new operators on machine operation and garment construction techniques as needed. Requirements Proven experience in garment construction and sewing is preferred. Familiarity with operating different types of sewing machines and equipment. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
