Job Description

Manufacture, sample, and package specialty chemical products while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Apply knowledge of equipment, materials, and procedures to support production. Mentor Manufacturing Operator I and II team members and assist the group leader in coordinating daily operations and workloads. Manufacturing Operator III Responsibilities Able to schedule and manage daily workload without Supervision. Safely perform and monitor chemical reactions, ensuring proper control of temperature, pressure, and material inputs in accordance with standard operating procedures. Execute hydro-silation processes, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment of reaction parameters to meet product specifications. Operate and oversee distillation processes, including equipment setup, separation monitoring, and quality verification of output materials. Conduct induction, shear, and other inline blending processes by preparing materials, operating process equipment, and ensuring consistent processing conditions. Perform metered blending and continuous manufacturing processing, accurately controlling flow rates and material inputs to achieve precise formulations.
