Work Schedule :
This is a day/first shift role (Monday- Friday) with overtime as needed during peak business times.

- A highly competitive salary commensurate with experience Work environment that is climate-controlled, clean and orderly, and promotes safety 100% Company-Paid Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Long-Term Disability Premiums Up to 13 days of PTO within your first year, as well 6 Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match 6 Weeks of Paid Parental Leave Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate machines such as guillotine cutter and saddle stitcher Acquire the job folder and review it for the specifications or special instructions that may impact the operation or setting up of the machine or equipment Follow routine procedures in the setting up and in the operation of the machine or equipment Review the quality of the product continuously to meet the standard that is required Maintain the required records with quantities, quality, and any other required information Cross-train and learn the lines of associate equipment Assist in the training of employees new to the specific lines Maintain both the bindery equipment and immediate area Report unusual conditions or circumstances to the supervisor or the person in charge Work on job assignments in other manufacturing areas as needed Comply with all OSHA safety requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
