Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Polyurethane Foam Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. GLFT will on job train for this position. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery manufacturing products efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced factory environment. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will contribute to the seamless production of high-quality goods. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with factory experience who thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to develop their skills in manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing machinery, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance to maintain optimal production flow. Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and finished products to identify defects or issues, making adjustments as needed. Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies safely within the manufacturing facility. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of tools and machinery, to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in inventory management by accurately documenting parts used and completed products produced during each shift. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Requirements Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment effectively. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or factory setting. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and safety procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks accurately. Excellent attention to detail with good manual dexterity for assembling small components. Warehouse experience is a plus, along with familiarity using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Join us in creating quality products through precision manufacturing! Pay:
$15.50 - $18.00 per hour
