Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Trim, Pack, Foam Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality foam components. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized machinery to trim, pack, and foam products efficiently while ensuring safety and precision at every step. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment, contribute to lean manufacturing processes, and maintain the highest standards of quality in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help us deliver superior products that meet customer expectations and uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Operate foam machines to produce consistent, high-quality parts. Assist in trimming and packaging tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing operations. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of production metrics, measurement data, and machine performance logs for continuous improvement. Knowledge of safety protocols related to machine operation and material handling. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to promote continuous improvement and waste reduction. Basic math skills for measuring, calculations, and process adjustments; comfortable working with hand tools for fabrication or minor repairs. Keeping a clean work environment.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
