Looking for quality candidates with:

Ability to maintain excellent attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic High school diploma Previous powder coating experience is preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Willing and able to work OT as necessary Duties include: 1. Read blueprints and diagrams 2. Prepare and rack and unrack parts for painting 3. Load and unload metal parts to conveyor paint line 4. Assembly and packaging finished parts 5. Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts 6. Maintain a clean and organized work area 7.
