Manufacturing Operator - 3rd Shift Metamora, MI | $19.53/hour Starting Pay $18.53/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential Monday-Thursday | 9:00 PM-7:00 AM Only 4 shifts per week! Looking for a full-time manufacturing position with a 4-day workweek , competitive starting pay, and a consistent overnight schedule? We're hiring Manufacturing Operators to join a growing production team. This is a hands-on position where you'll help produce quality building materials while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety, teamwork, and quality. Why You'll Love This Job Starting pay of $19.53/hour (includes shift differential) Four-day workweek with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off Consistent full-time schedule Stable manufacturing environment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company Team-oriented workplace with a strong focus on safety Weekly pay Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs Schedule 3rd Shift Monday-Thursday 9:00 PM-7:00 AM Four 10-hour shifts What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently by: Loading production materials into manufacturing equipment Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met Inspecting finished products for defects Trimming, stacking, labeling, and packaging finished products Reading production schedules and completing assigned work Completing production paperwork and documentation Reporting equipment, quality, or safety concerns to supervisors Keeping your work area clean and organized Following all company safety procedures and wearing required PPE What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Basic math and reading skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing position that requires the ability to: Stand and walk for up to 8-12 hours per shift Frequently bend, twist, squat, and reach Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Lift and move up to 50 pounds Work in a warm manufacturing environment Wear required personal protective equipment, including safety toe footwear and eye protection Ready to Get Started?
