Family owned Redi Mix concrete company open since 2017. We are seeking Class A or B CDL drivers with Air Brakes endorsement for concrete deliveries. Previous mixer driving experience a plus but not necessary. Must be able to pass drug test and have valid DOT medical card. Heath benefits after 90 days, 401k matching and 1 week paid time off after 1 year. The Mixer Driver's primary responsibility is : To deliver and dispense concrete to job sites. Exhibit courtesy and proficiency, in a safe and timely manner. Maintain and perform basic upkeep of mixers. A valid Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement is required to perform in the role.

Specific Responsibilities:

Be fully aware of and observe all governmental and company policies. Make sure each load of concrete has the correct ingredients and fulfills the specifications of the order. Safely maneuver truck in difficult to reach locations. Help to establish good company - customer relationships by being safe, courteous, and on-time to pours. Realize that as a Mixer Driver for Modern Metamora he/she is a lead sales person as well as a goodwill ambassador; therefore, he/she must represent Modern Metamora with prompt, friendly, and courteous service at all times. Perform other duties as needed
