00 per hour + Weekly Overtime Job Description We are seeking reliable, hard-working Assembly Associates to join a fast-paced commercial packaging facility in Chesterfield, MI . In this role, you will work hands-on assembling industrial packaging materials using basic power and hand tools. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering steady year-round hours, weekly pay, and substantial overtime opportunities to maximize your earning potential. Shift:

$16.00 / hour Monday

• Friday (6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM)

Note:

End times may extend up to 6:30 PM during high-volume periods. 2nd

Shift:

$17.00 / hour Monday

• Friday (2:30 PM
• 11:00 PM)

Note:

Mandatory overtime as needed based on customer demands.

Overtime Expectations:

12-hour shifts during peak production demands. Mandatory Saturday shifts (when scheduled): 12:00 PM

• 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities Assemble large industrial cardboard boxes and commercial packaging products. Safely operate glue guns, staple guns, and hand tools to secure materials. Fold, stack, bundle, and stage packaging materials for shipment. Perform quality checks on completed items to ensure company standards are met. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Maintain steady production flow to achieve daily output targets.

Qualifications & Requirements Physical Capability:

Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift.

Tool Proficiency:

Comfortable operating basic assembly tools (glue/staple guns).

Dependability:

Excellent attendance, punctuality, and commitment to working assigned overtime.

Experience:

Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required . Apply Now!
