You'll pull die carts, load the die, counter, and stock, execute precise make‑ready steps to achieve cut‑to‑print accuracy and proper scoring, and then run at the expected rates while monitoring quality with retain pulls. Between jobs, you'll remove materials and dies, clean and adjust mechanical components, and partner with your teammates to keep the line humming and department goals on track. What you'll do Pull die carts and correctly load die, counter, and stock into the machine Perform make‑ready (set‑up) procedures for cut‑to‑print accuracy and proper scoring Run jobs at the expected rate while maintaining quality standards Continuously check quality by pulling retains during production Remove all material and dies after each job Complete routine maintenance such as cleaning and adjusting mechanical parts Collaborate with line teammates and contribute to department goals Train on 1st shift for 60-90 days before moving to your regular shift What you'll bring High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of mechanically focused experience with proven aptitude using hand tools Stable work history Clear communication and strong teamwork Analytical problem‑solving skills Mindset for process improvement Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and machine set‑ups for production runs Forklift licensed Tools and machinery you'll operate Measurement gauges, calipers, and micrometers Flexographic printing press Gluer machine and box folding machine Forklifts Compensation and benefits Weekly pay based on experience, shift worked, and machine assignment Direct‑hire, full‑time role with comprehensive benefits: medical and prescription coverage, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability, generous 401(k) plan, and voluntary flexible spending program Additional company benefits: vacation days, paid holidays, quarterly employee appreciation days, annual holiday celebration, and bonus opportunities
