Michigan Pallet Production Worker Production Worker Position This is a physical job performing general labor in a factory environment. Using a variety of equipment and methods during an average day, our general labor employees build new pallets on machines and/or using nail guns and cut and stack wood to specification, all the while following our safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications / Expectations

The capacity to work in a physically demanding production environment with some outside work and in all temperatures is required. The ability to continuously bend & twist with some jobs requiring heavy lifting repetitively throughout the shift is required. Must be able to meet or exceed our fast-paced productivity goals and standards while following our safety and housekeeping requirements. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Must possess and be able to read a tape measure. Must be 18 years or older Most positions are Production Based Pay, the more product you build or wood you cut, the more income you take home.
