Overview Join our dynamic team in Spring Lake, MI, as an Assembly Technician! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about precision and quality. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assembling products that meet our high standards. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled products meet required standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve productivity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Physical ability to lift and move components as needed.. Crane experience is preferred but not required.
