Starting Pay:

$15.50/hour

Pay Increase:

$17.00/hour after 90 days

1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30

PM Weekends & Overtime:

As needed based on production requirements Position Overview We are hiring Assembly Operators to join a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights, MI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals looking to build experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. As an Assembly Operator, you will work as part of a production team assembling automotive components while maintaining quality and production standards. Responsibilities Assemble automotive components according to work instructions and specifications Operate basic production equipment and hand tools Inspect parts for quality and defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety and production procedures Meet established production and quality goals Work effectively as part of a team Requirements Must be able to pass a national background check Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous manufacturing or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Pay 1st

Shift:
