Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, IRA, and Paid Time Off About the Position RES Pyro is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our Igniter-Match Assembly team . This position is responsible for the precision manufacturing and assembly of igniter matches used in fireworks shows, concerts, and other professional pyrotechnic events. The Igniter-Match Assembly position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Because these components are used in professional pyrotechnic applications, accuracy and consistency are essential. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble igniter matches used for fireworks shows, concerts, and other pyrotechnic events. Cut wire to precise lengths based on customer orders and production requirements. Wrap extremely fine wire around metal match combs. Dip matches into chemical solutions as part of the match manufacturing process. Solder match heads onto wire with precision and consistency. Perform continuity testing on completed matches to verify functionality and quality. Maintain production quality standards, with an expected failurerate of no more than 1%. Hand-wrap or coil completed matches and package them according to production specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, production standards,and quality-control requirements. Cross-train in all areas of the Igniter-Match Assembly processand become proficient in all assigned job duties. Work independently while also contributing effectively as partof a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing qualitywork. Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity. Good eyesight and the ability to work with very small components. Ability to perform repetitive hand motions and tasks forextended periods. Ability to follow detailed instructions and establishedprocedures consistently. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and aspart of a team. Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn newprocesses. Previous manufacturing, assembly, soldering, or productionexperience is a plus but not required. Work Environment & Safety This position is performed in a professional fireworks manufacturingfacility where employees work with combustible and energeticmaterials. Because safety is a critical part of our manufacturing process,employees must: Strictly follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations. Properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a high level of situational awareness and attention to detail. Follow established procedures for handling materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Demonstrate a consistent commitment to workplace safety and product quality
