Press Brake Operator - Direct Employment - Will pay up to $30/hr.

Full-Time/Full benefits Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join a modern manufacturing facility in Southwest MN. Whether you have previous press brake experience or metal fabrication and are eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that invests in employee growth and training. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Amada press brakes and lasers Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Bend and form sheet metal according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Learn machine programming and setup processes as skills develop Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Minimum 6 months of metal fabrication experience Previous press brake experience preferred Experience setting up and operating press brakes is a plus Familiarity with Amada equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools Sheet metal fabrication experience is beneficial Strong attention to detail and quality Why Join Us?
