Job Description
Part-Time Warehouse & Production Associate NorthWood Candle & Craft | Belle Plaine, MN $17
•21 per hour | Up to 30 hours per week | Weekday daytime hours NorthWood Candle & Craft supplies fragrance oils, wax, wicks, and other candle
•and craft-making supplies to customers across the country. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to help with production, packaging, and shipping at our Belle Plaine warehouse. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, following a process, and taking pride in accurate, well-prepared work. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person. What you'll do Fill, cap, and label fragrance-oil bottles. Count and package wicks and other crafting supplies. Pick, check, and pack customer orders for shipment. Keep products, supplies, and work areas organized. Follow written instructions, product-handling procedures, and safety requirements. Help with other routine warehouse and production tasks as needed. What we're looking for Reliable attendance and clear communication. Careful attention to product names, quantities, labels, and order details. The ability to maintain accuracy and a steady pace during repetitive tasks. Someone who follows instructions, asks questions when needed, and works well both independently and with a small team. Willingness to learn our products and processes. Work environment and physical duties This position involves regular work around scented products, including handling and bottling fragrance oils. Tasks include standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements for substantial portions of the shift, along with occasionally moving items weighing up to 60 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for essential job functions. Schedule and pay Part-time, approximately 21-30 hours per week. Monday through Friday, during daytime business hours. Scheduling flexibility within our operating hours; availability and the regular schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Starting pay of $17
