What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment Disassemble and reassemble filling machines for cleaning and maintenance Use hand and power tools including wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, and drills Clean machine components using approved solvents and cleaning processes Assist with machine setup and changeovers Inspect products for quality, weight, and measurement accuracy Identify equipment issues and help maintain efficient production Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, automotive repair, or construction preferred Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
