We are looking for anyone with Boschert, Forming, or CNC experience. This role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. Shifts are 10 hours, Monday - Thursday with Overtime on Friday's if needed. Responsibilities Operate fabrication equipment including Boschert CNC punch machines, press brakes, folding machines, water jets, and laser cutters Set up machines for production runs, including tooling selection, material loading, and program adjustments Perform cutting, punching, bending, forming, and shaping operations on sheet metal and structural components Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to ensure accurate production Inspect fabricated parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and conformance to specifications using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of fabrication equipment to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance or engineering teams What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
