Packaging Operator:

• Properly handle packages, rework, WIP, and frozen
• Pack pops with speed and accuracy
• Communicate effectively and ask questions when needed
• Report any mistakes found, regardless of who made them
• Verify correct packing materials throughout the shift
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with the production team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager What You Need to Bring to the

Packaging Operator Role:

• Must have at least 6 months experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, preferable in the food industry
• Must have a strong understanding of food safety, sources of potential harm, and proper PPE use
• Must be ableb to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and good communication
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
