Climate Controlled Facility Your Responsibilities:
Identifyunit options usingbillof materials to completerequiredwork content per unit
Align, clamp and position work pieces using tools such as jigs, vices, etc. tocomply withengineering drawings
Clean work pieces to remove debris using brushes or grinders
Apply heat,appropriate alloyand nitrogen to work pieces toeffectively and efficiently produce assemblies
Ensure proper setup and handling of tanks, torches,hosesand regulators to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Complete assembly of work content to support production standards
Read and interpret engineering drawing to ensure quality standards are met by effectivelyidentifyingparts and assembling unit
Ability to use production support tools effectively (VKS, AMS, etc.)
Mustlearn and understand all line stations
Read and follow wiring schematics. Complete company provided wiring training andachievecertification
Train new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinent itemsregardingsafety,qualityand production
Responsible formaintainingthe 5s program to ensure a clean work area
Follow and understandHOMESafe, Persona Choice and company safety manual requirements.
Identifyand rework defective work pieces tocomply withquality standards
Read and interpretblue prints, sketches or product specifications todeterminesequence and methods of fabricating,assemblingand installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements
Ability to use hand tools
Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License
Obtain Certification in leak testing and vacuum and charge
All other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:
The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
The ability to read and understand written English.
High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
