Job Description:
Westmor Industries is seeking a dedicated Laser Operator to join our team. This role involves adhering to safety regulations, performing daily preventative maintenance, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Candidates should have basic math skills, general mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities A Laser Operator is responsible for completing the following: Operate equipment in the production of Westmor Industries products safely, following all regulations and procedures. Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain housekeeping standards. Utilize basic math skills and a standard 20' tape measure. Communicate major repair needs to the maintenance department. Ensure job orders are completed on schedule and production meets quality standards. Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $18 - $22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
Shift:
6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical insurance - Covers 75% of premiums Dental and vision insurance Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
