Express has partnered with a manufacturing company in Rogers, MN that is hiring for machine operators who will also be assembling products. Successful candidates will have experience in batch production, small assembly, plastics manufacturing or similar experience. The Assembly Operator builds and packages dispenser assemblies (manual 1-pack and touch-free enclosure assemblies) following the work instructions, packaging specifications, quality and safety standards. This role performs hands-on assembly, labeling, pad-print support activities (as applicable), pack-out to defined case counts, and accurate production reporting/traceability. It does require standing, bending, lifting up to 30 to 40lbs, and repetitive motion. However, there will be instances where the operator may be used outside of the assembly area for normal press production. C-Shift schedule is Thursday 12pm- 6pm, Sat-Sun 6am-6pm D- Shift schedule is Thursday 12am-6am, Sat-Sun 6pm-6am Starting Pay is $20/hr.
