Continuously evaluate the machines process to ensure they are setup and running correctly for optimum performance and damage control Ensure that all jobs are running to the estimated run rate and index length Inspection of molds Keep an active log into our digitalized job tracking system Lifting up to 50 to 80 lbs. with help when needed. Disassembly and assembly of tools (molds) in a safe and effective manner Work on continuous improvements to setup techniques and processes that could reduce time and cost Keep an active log into our digitalized job tracking system Ensure tools are stored in an organized and safe manner Cleaning of mold components Exhibit excellent safety awareness and follow all safety policies and procedures Team player capable of effectively communicating technical terms Exhibit excellent attendance and work ethics Must be able to work with power and hand tools Cleanup of work area Follow production and scrap efficiency guidelines To be knowledgeable about companies' policies and procedures to ensure compliance as appropriate.
