Conformal Coating Operator Schedule:
Day Shift |
Full-Time Pay:
$19/Hr Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Conformal Coat Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying and inspecting conformal coatings on circuit boards to ensure product quality and consistency throughout the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Mask and tape circuit boards to protect areas from coating Apply and inspect conformal coating to ensure proper coverage Perform touch-ups and remove excess coating as needed Operate and maintain coating and dispensing equipment Change fluids, mixers, and clean machines to ensure proper operation Transport materials and racks between production areas Follow all work instructions and customer specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment Complete additional tasks as assigned to support production needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) Conformal Coating certification preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire) Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments preferred Skills & Requirements Ability to identify coating materials and follow application processes Understanding of inspection procedures and quality checks Basic knowledge of equipment operation and preventative maintenance Ability to measure coating thickness and follow specifications Comfortable locating and using SDS/TDS documentation Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching Must be able to pass annual vision and color blindness test (company reimbursed) Work Environment Clean, well-ventilated production environment May occasionally work in a full clean suit with a respirator Additional Information Strong attendance and reliability are essential Opportunity for training and certification after hire Apply Today!
