AM Pay:
$18•22/hr + $1/hr 3rd Shift Differential We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our production team in Cottage Grove. In this role, you will operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment, support production goals, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Job Responsibilities Machine Operators are responsible for performing repetitive production tasks such as filling, sealing, boxing, labeling, and sub-assembly while following all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures. You will assist with production line changeovers, operate departmental machinery, report quality concerns, and provide accurate information to supervisors and team members. Additional duties include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, inspecting and removing defective products, transporting materials, and shutting down equipment at the end of the shift. This role requires active engagement in learning machine operations, understanding standard work procedures, and participating in problem-solving activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Operators are expected to maintain a clean and orderly work area, request assistance promptly for machine issues, and consistently meet production goals.
