Verona, MS Position Overview We are currently hiring an experienced Baler Operator to join a manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating and factory production experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor the baling machine safely and efficiently Feed materials into the machine and ensure proper operation Inspect finished bales for quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Assist with general production duties as needed Meet daily production goals and maintain a steady work pace Requirements Previous machine operating experience required Previous factory/manufacturing production experience required Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Heavy lifting is required Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift Pay & Schedule $15.00 per hour 1st
