Machine Operator Job Description As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in preparing and staging composite materials for the production of Carbon Fiber parts. Your responsibilities will include operating manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently, while performing layup, trimming, finishing, inspection, and packaging tasks. You will be expected to follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards, ensuring the highest quality of products. Responsibilities Prepare and stage composite materials for production of Carbon Fiber parts. Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Perform layup, trimming, finishing, inspection, and packaging tasks. Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Inspect products for quality and report any issues to leadership. Complete production and material documentation accurately. Support inventory, preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills Experience in production, general labor, and general production. Machine operating skills. Proficiency in using hand tools. Packing skills.
