Job Description:

1 Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate 2 Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate 3 Line feeds as required 4 Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP 5 Perform all required quality checks 6 Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.) 7 Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctly 8 Perform first piece inspection 9 Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area 10 Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed 11 Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation 12 Perform any other duties as specified
