Pay :
$19-$27 DOE Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial weaving equipment to meet production and quality standards. Set up weaving machines, load yarn, and adjust machine settings as needed. Use strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and identify process issues. Repair broken yarn and make minor machine adjustments to maintain production. Inspect woven materials for defects, broken threads, pattern issues, and other quality concerns. Monitor machine performance and production output to minimize downtime. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial machinery, preferably textile or weaving equipment. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions. Ability to identify quality defects and make appropriate adjustments. Basic mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous textile manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. #LIND26
